Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services of the Norafleks platform. By accessing or using the services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definition of Services

The Norafleks platform provides an advanced financial technology (fintech) system designed for small and medium-sized enterprises. The services include, but are not limited to, tools for managing flexible payments, credit lines, and financial education courses for cash flow optimization.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

• The User is obliged to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and to use the services in accordance with applicable law.
• Norafleks undertakes to maintain the platform's functionality and provide support according to its policies, reserving the right to suspend or restrict access for violation of the terms.
• Access to certain features (e.g., credit lines) may be conditional on additional verifications and discrete approvals.

3. Limitation of Liability

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". Norafleks assumes no liability for: (a) temporary technical interruptions or errors; (b) business losses, revenue, or data resulting from the use of the services; (c) financial decisions made based on the educational content provided. The total liability of Norafleks is limited to the value of payments made by the user in the last 6 months.

4. Financial Terms and Payments

Service fees are clearly presented at the time of registration. Any changes to the fees will be communicated with prior notice. Refunds are not accepted for services already provided (e.g., accessed courses). For credit lines, specific repayment conditions, including interest and fees, will be detailed in a separate contract.

5. Termination of Use

You may stop using the services at any time. Norafleks may suspend or close your account immediately, without prior notice, in case of violation of these terms. Provisions regarding limitation of liability, intellectual property, and applicable law will remain in effect after termination.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
